Meet new, improved Teltonika One Application

At Teltonika, improving the user experience is an ongoing process. Our latest car security app update is another step in making everyday interaction with our security solutions simpler, clearer and more intuitive.

The refreshed UX/UI has been developed with customer feedback in mind, focusing on how users actually interact with the app in their daily routine. Dashboard and Control screens can now be personalised, allowing users to prioritise the functions that matter most to them and keep frequently used controls within easy reach.

We have also simplified device pairing. New devices can now be added with fewer configuration steps at the beginning, while additional settings can be completed later. Step-by-step guidance helps users through the process, and more detailed error messages make it easier to understand what needs attention if something goes wrong.

Personalisation has been expanded too, with the option to add a vehicle image and profile photo.

We have also improved how vehicle information is presented. A new visual vehicle status makes it easier to understand the condition of the car at a glance, dynamically reflecting changes such as opened doors, windows or the boot if these statuses are available in the car.

But this update is not the finish line.

We are continuously developing the Teltonika One with the aim of creating a more intuitive and unified security experience. In the near future, the app will expand beyond vehicle security to support home security solutions as well, bringing different aspects of personal security closer together within one ecosystem.
